If a bar is targeted to both desktop and mobile devices, on mobile browsers, the font size and padding of the will be capped to prevent excessive font sizes on smaller screens.  However, if a bar is targeted to mobile only, the cap will not apply.

If you wish to have a bar in both mobile and desktop, as well as larger text on mobile, you will need to have 2 active bars: 

- One targeted to desktop devices
- One targeted to mobile devices

Using this technique, the mobile bar can have a larger or smaller font size and/or padding.

Please note, have 2 active bars is a feature of the premium plan.
