In order to cancel your subscription to any Hextom app, you need to uninstall the app or switch to a free plan (if available). You will not receive any further charges.

To uninstall our app, please follow these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
  2. Click the ellipsis  to the right of the app you wish to uninstall
  3. Click Uninstall
  4. Confirm that you want to uninstall the app
